As the founder of Smartway Consulting, I bring together structured problem-solving, Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Business Process Management to help organizations rethink how work gets done. My approach goes beyond tools and frameworks: sustainable improvement happens when processes, people and business objectives work together.

As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, trainer and mentor, I am passionate about making complex concepts practical, connecting strategy with execution, and helping people see opportunities for improvement where others see the status quo.
